COVID-19 vaccinations were administered to 117,587 persons on Saturday and a total of 57.01% of the country’s total population has received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine to date.
According to the Epidemiology unit, 14,698,140 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 12,360,162 persons have received the second dose as well.
On Saturday, 11,260 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 71,838 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. In total, the first dose of the vaccine has been administered to 11,782,784 persons and the second dose has been administered to 9,749,135 persons.
The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,418 persons, of which 1,301,780 persons have received the second dose as well. On Saturday, 771 persons received the first dose of the vaccine and 4,705 persons received the second dose of AstraZeneca.
The first dose of Pfizer was administered to 964 persons on Saturday and 27,765 persons received the second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. In total, 473,790 persons have received the first dose of the vaccine and 392,176 persons have received the second dose of Pfizer.
The Epidemiology Unit states that 803,053 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 761,519 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine. On Saturday, 284 persons received the second dose of Moderna.
The first dose of Sputnik V has been administered to 159,095 persons, of which 155,552 persons have received the second dose as well.
