Health officials confirmed 14 more COVID-19 fatalities on Monday, raising the country’s death toll to 13,654.
The deaths confirmed yesterday include 11 persons over the age of 60, two persons between 30 and 59 years, and one person below the age of 30. According to the Epidemiology Unit, 76.52% of the total fatalities are from the over-60 age group, 22.31% of the fatalities are from the 30 to 59 age group, and 1.17% of the fatalities are from the under-30 age group.
Epidemiology Unit data shows that 7,630 of the fatalities are male and 6,024 fatalities are female. Nine deaths confirmed on Monday were male and five were female.
