Health officials confirmed 18 COVID-19 fatalities on Monday, raising the country’s COVID-19 death toll to 14,034.
16 COVID-19 deaths confirmed on Monday were over the age of 60 and two were between 30 and 59 years. The Epidemiology Unit states that 76.5% of the total COVID-19 fatalities are from the over-60 age group, 22.32% of the fatalities are from the 30 to 59 age group, and 1.18% of the fatalities are from the under-30 age group.
Of the total COVID-19 fatalities, 7,838 are male and 6,196 are female. Nine COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Monday were male and nine were female.
