Health authorities yesterday confirmed 185 persons succumbed to COVID-19 on Tuesday, raising the country’s death toll to 10,689.
As per the Department of Government Information, of the fatalities 105 were male and 83 were female. Of the cumulative fatalities, 6,033 were male and 4,656 were female.
The Epidemiology Unit also said that 76.05% of the total fatalities were over the age of 60, 22.78% aged between 30 and 59 years, and 1.17% below the age of 30.
