21/4 Wecare helps Easter Sunday orphans

Funds raised by ICC Sri Lanka by organising the 21/4 Concert on 13 July at the BMICH in partnership Daily FT and several partners for children left disabled or orphaned due to the Easter Sunday bombings were handed over to some of the affected children by the International Chamber of Commerce with the Participation of Colombo Mayor Rosy Senanayake. 

Twenty-one children affected by the death or disability of their parents as well as children disabled due to injuries sustained in the attacks have been selected for scholarships under this program. Twenty-three local and international artists performed free at the BMICH to raise funds for the victims. The funds will be managed by HNB.
