Health officials confirmed 23 COVID-19 fatalities on Wednesday, raising the country’s COVID-19 death toll to 15,369.
The COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Thursday include 20 persons over 60 years, two persons between 30 and 59 years, and one person below 30 years.
According to the Epidemiology Unit, 76.23% of the total COVID-19 fatalities are over 60 years, 22.56% of the fatalities are between 30 and 59 years, and 1.21% of the fatalities are below 30 years. Of the total COVID-19 fatalities, 8,635 are male and 6,734 are female. Twelve COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Thursday were male and 11 were female.
