24,383 persons vaccinated against COVID-19

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 24,383 persons on Thursday and 63.29% of the country’s population has received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.

According to Our World in Data, 73.68% of the population has received the first dose. The Epidemiology Unit states that 93.1% of the population over the age of 20 had received both vaccine doses as of 10 November.

A total of 15,847,891 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 13,611,123 persons have received the second dose as well.

The third dose has been administered to 97,806 persons, with 8,591 persons receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine as a booster on Thursday.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 7,204 persons received the first dose of Pfizer on Thursday and 686 persons received the second dose. In total, 1,482,416 persons have received the first dose of Pfizer and 448,986 persons have received the second dose of Pfizer.

The first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,921,989 persons and 10,805,071 persons have received the second dose as well. On Thursday, 1,359 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 5,138 persons received the second dose.

The first dose of Moderna was administered to 1,239 persons on Thursday and 166 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. A total of 804,745 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 782,693 persons have received the second dose as well.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and the second dose has been administered to 1,418,593 persons.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 159,110 persons have received the first dose of Sputnik V and 155,780 persons have received the second dose as well.
