31 COVID-19 fatalities confirmed

Health officials confirmed 31 COVID-19 fatalities on Monday, raising the country’s COVID-19 death toll to 16,055.

24 COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Monday were over 60 years, five fatalities were between 30 and 59 years, and two fatalities were below 30 years. The Epidemiology Unit states that 76.2% of the total COVID-19 deaths are from the over-60 age group, 22.51% are from the 30 to 59 age group, and 1.29% are from the under-30 age group.

Of the total COVID-19 deaths, 9,053 are male and 7,002 are female.

19 COVID-19 fatalities confirmed on Monday were male and 12 COVID-19 fatalities were female.
