40,150 persons vaccinated against COVID-19

COVID-19 vaccines were administered to 40,150 persons on Monday and Epidemiology Unit data shows that 28.2% of the country’s population over 20 years have received the booster dose.

The second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine has been administered to 94.7% of the population over 20 years.

According to Our World in Data, 74.4% of the country’s total population has received the first vaccine dose and 64.41% has received the second dose.  The Epidemiology Unit states that 15,994,809 persons have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while 13,849,314 persons have received the second dose of a vaccine.  The booster dose has been administered to 4,114,182 persons. This includes 36,754 persons vaccinated on Monday.

On Monday, 396 persons received the first dose of Pfizer and 1,648 persons received the second dose of the vaccine. A total of 1,576,357 persons have received the first dose of Pfizer and 480,268 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine. The first dose of Sinopharm has been administered to 11,974,910 persons and 11,007,280 persons have received the second dose as well. On Sunday, 478 persons received the first dose of Sinopharm and 874 persons received the second dose.

The first dose of AstraZeneca has been administered to 1,479,631 persons and 1,418,593 persons have received the second dose.

The Epidemiology Unit states that 804,801 persons have received the first dose of Moderna and 787,361 persons have received the second dose of the vaccine.

The first dose of Sputnik V has been administered to 159,110 persons and the second dose has been administered to 155,812 persons.
