This is the best forum to demonstrate the talents of the Scouts even though there is no competition nature; Scouts are evaluated by observing their talents and good work.

The Scout Movement plays an important role to create an environment-friendly generation in the country. Viharamahadevi Park is the biggest and the most beautiful one in Sri Lanka and it is an asset to our country, which we have a responsibility to protect while enjoying the beauty of this park. Therefore, the specialty of this Camporee is that all the participants of this camporee will be engaged in observing and protecting it.

On 12 August, Cub Scouts Day, the international friends meeting and suggesting the proposal of the youth forum will take place.

On 13 August, Singithi Scouts and Youth Day, Scouts will display their talents after the closing ceremony. On 14 August, the Scouts will be departing from Viharamahadevi Park.
