The Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau announced that the list of the persons who qualified for jobs in Korea through the Korean language examination held this month would be released on 28 October.
The Foreign Employment Bureau will select 9,300 persons for jobs in Korea through the language examination.
The bureau had issued 50,636 admissions this year for the examination but only 44,214 sat for the examination, the Bureau said.
Out of the persons who took the test, 21 persons were arrested for cheating and legal actions have been initiated against them for examination frauds.
Government of Korea had expressed dissatisfaction over the examination in previous times and the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau was tough on cheating this year.
