A24 news agency Q1 collaborates with Sri Lankan media

The A24 news agency has expanded its operations and presence to Sri Lanka to provide international and local news to broadcasters and news websites.

Q1 A24 in a statement said it had become one of the most reliable news provider for several media, TV and websites in Sri Lanka as a news provided for local and international news. 

A24 has been dedicated to presenting impartial, insightful and timely news and event reportage through its unique access to under-reached hotspots, warzones and conflict areas – such as Yemen, Iraq, Somalia, Libya and Syria.

“Over the first quarter we have partnered with the top mainstream news outlets and websites in Sri Lanka both private and State sector. Considering that we are fairly new news agency in Sri Lanka it is a good progress and we are hoping for better results in Q2. We are hoping to partner with more local media to bring more unbiased news to people. Our stories are based on current affairs, humanitarian, economic and social news,” Country Manager for Sri Lanka Jayani Samarakkody said.

“We are pleased with our progress toward becoming one of the trust worthy news provider in Sri Lanka, Thanks for the great cooperation with a number of well-known media outlets, and we expect more progress in Q2,” added A24 news agency CEO Mohd El Ajlouni.
