National People’s Power (NPP) leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake held a meeting with Japan’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs Tsuge Yoshifumi yesterday. The NPP said Dissanayake, who is currently on tour in Japan and Tsuge discussed the current economic and political situation in Sri Lanka, the long-term friendship between the two countries, and future steps in diplomatic and economic relations while special attention was also given to the upcoming Presidential election. The State Minister had also extended his best wishes to Dissanayake on his visit to Japan.
