CID arrests Rambukkana SSP

The CID yesterday arrested Rambukkana SSP K.B. Keerthirathna over the shooting that took place at the Rambukkana protest last week.

CID also arrested three PCs who were responsible for the Rambukkana shooting incident.

The arrest follows IGP instructing the CID to immediately take action based on the court order given by the Kegalle Magistrate to arrest police personnel involved in the Rambukkana shooting.
