COVID-19 fatalities rise to 2,814 with 45 more deaths

Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 fatalities rose to 2,814 after 45 more COVID-19 deaths were confirmed by the Director General of Health Services (DGHS) on Wednesday.

Among the deaths confirmed by the DGHS was that of one person below the age of 30, ten persons between ages 30 and 59, and 34 persons over the age of 60.

The Department of Government Information states that 27 persons were male and 18 persons were female.
