Complaint lodged under ICCPR against Sumana Thera

A complaint was lodged against the Chief Incumbent of the Magalaramaya Vihara, Batticaloa – Ampitiye Sumana Thera by a member of the public yesterday. 

The complaint was filed by a person identified as Dhanuka Rananjaka Kahandagamage. 

He had taken steps to lodge the complaint at the Police Headquarters in Colombo, against the controversial statements made by the Bhikku against the Tamil Community in Sri Lanka.
