Nominations to elect a new President from Parliament will be accepted on 19 July after convening the Parliament on 15 July.
A vote is due on 20 July, if the President resigns as schedule on Wednesday.
The vote by secret ballot will be taken if there is more than one candidates contesting.
This was agreed during the party leaders meeting today afternoon.
