The Deshabandu F.R. Senanayake Commemoration Society has organised a ceremony to mark the annual commemoration today (1 January 2019) near his statue, at Vihara Mahadevi Park from 4 p.m. onwards. The garlanding of the statue will be done by FRSCS President Ranil Senanayake.
