FPA in discussion with PHU to form broad alliance

Freedom People’s Alliance (FPA) and Pivithuru Hela Urumaya (PHU) led by Udaya Gammanpila recently held a discussion to form a broad alliance in preparation for a pivotal election year.

The meeting was attended by key figures, including Thilanga Sumathipala, the General Secretary of the Freedom People’s Congress (FPA), MP Dayasiri Jayasekara, former General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party, and Janaka Ranakawa, former Mayor of the Kotte Municipal Council, representing the FPA. 

On the side of the Pivithuru Hela Urumaya (PHU), Udaya Gammanpila, the PHU leader, National Organiser Dhammika Ratmale, and several others were present at the meeting.
