Four institutions earmarked for liquidation

The Government has earmarked four institutions coming under the Ministry of Finance for liquidation. They are the Department of Telecommunications, Wildlife Trust, the Sri Lanka Media Training Institute, and the Internal Trade Department.

It is part of the responsibilities entrusted to the Ministry under the Subjects and Functions Gazette issued for Ministers, State Ministers and Ministry Secretaries by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa earlier this month.
