Fuel prices revised

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) on Saturday announced a revision of fuel prices effective from 1 December.

Only the price of Petrol 92 Octane was reduced by Rs. 2 to Rs. 309 per litre, while the prices of Auto Diesel and Kerosene were increased. The price of Auto Diesel was increased by Rs. 3 to Rs. 286 per litre, while price of Kerosene was increased by Rs. 5 to Rs. 188.

However, the prices of Petrol 95 Octane and Super Diesel remain unchanged.

Meanwhile, the Lanka IOC too announced that it has decided to revise its fuel prices to match the State-owned CPC prices.
