Huawei donates Rs. 2 m in support of fight against COVID-19

Chinese multinational technology company Huawei yesterday donated Rs. 2 million to Sri Lanka’s fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.  The donation to the Government’s ITUKAMA fund was presented to Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa by Huawei officials.  From left: Huawei Sri Lanka CEO Liang Yi,  Corporate Vice President Public Affairs and Communications Chen Mingjie, Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and Secretary to Prime Minister Gamini Senarath. Huawei Sri Lanka Public Affairs and Communications Director Christophe Lee and Huawei Sri Lanka Head of Enterprise Business Xiao Hua were also present.
