IGP Pujith Jayasundara granted bail

IGP Pujith Jayasundara, who has been put on compulsory leave following the Easter Sunday attacks,

arrives at the magistrate’s court after his arrest yesterday. Police criminal investigation officers arrested Jayasundara for allegedly assaulting a lift operator at Police Headquarters in 2017. He was later released on bail by the Colombo Magistrate’s Court
