The Government of the Republic of Zambia, with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka, has appointed Judith Kang’oma Kapijimpanga as the High Commissioner of the Republic of Zambia to Sri Lanka in succession of Brig. Gen. Patrick Rumedyo Tembo (Rtd). She presented her credentials to President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena, on 6 September at the President’s House, Colombo.
