President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed K.D.R. Olga as Secretary to the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs. The appointment letter was formally presented to Olga by Secretary to the President Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake yesterday at the Presidential Secretariat.
