MMBL-Pathfinder begins 2021 by resensitising staff to COVID-19 protocols

The MMBL-Pathfinder Group began work for the new year – 2021 at Riverpoint Peliyagoda by conducting a series of activities that were aimed at resensitising its staff on the importance of observing COVID-19 protocols and other aspects of work-related responsibilities in the post-COVID era. 

This included a presentation and update by the Chief Public Health Inspector of the area, P.H.M.N. Wickramasooriya and Public Health Inspector D.P.S.P. Chinthaka was also present at the resensitising event. The company took this opportunity to thank the PHIs for the service they have provided to the community during this critical period amidst so many challenges.

On this occasion MMBL-Pathfinder presented its annual service awards to staff members who have served 10, 20, 25 and 30 years. MMBL-Pathfinder Founder Milinda Moragoda, Director/CEO K. Balasunderam, Director Bernard Goonetilleke, and Director J. Moragoda were present on this occasion.

K.A. Nandasena (Driver) was awarded for 30 years of service, and Sisira Kumara (Maintenance Technician) was awarded for 25 years’ service with the Group. Sumudu Ruwan (Assistant Accountant), Dhammika Amadoru (Accounts Executive), Sunil Wijesinghe (Personal Security Officer) and Janaka Dassanayake (Maintenance Assistant) completed 20 years of service with MMBL-Pathfinder Group. Recipients of 10 years’ service awards were Bandula Gunasekara (Driver), Niroshan Perera (Driver), Ravi Jayawickrama (IT Assistant), Nandana Dewage, (Director – HR and Administration) and Ameera Arooz (Executive Director).
