Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday paid a courtesy call on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Shasthrapathi Bhavan in New Delhi, accompanied by Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa. Rajapaksa is in India on a visit that includes delivering a public lecture on “India-Sri Lanka relation: the way ahead”, organised by the Virat Hindustan Sangam, led by BJP MP Subramanian Swamy.
