Moragoda to speak at National University of Singapore ISAS 13th Annual Conference on South Asia

Pathfinder Foundation Founder and former Cabinet Minister Milinda Moragoda will deliver a special address entitled: How a Cycle of Disruption is Causing an Implosion of South Asian Patrician Politics at the 13th International Conference on South Asia organised by the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS) of the National University of Singapore (NUS) tomorrow. 

The ISAS was established in July 2004 as an autonomous research institute at the NUS. This annual international conference is a signature event of ISAS involving the participation of policymakers, government representatives and business leaders. The theme of this year’s conference will be ‘Politics in a Changing South Asia’.

Republic of Singapore Manpower and Second Minister of Home Affairs Minister Josephine Teo will the deliver keynote address, and the Luncheon address will be delivered by former India National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon.
