Navy Commander calls on Defence State Minister and Secretary

Navy Commander Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva made a call on the State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardene and Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando yesterday.

A cordial discussion was held during the separate meetings and mementos were also exchanged during the occasion.
