New Japanese Envoy presents credentials

The Government of Japan with the concurrence of the Government of Sri Lanka has appointed Hideaki Mizukoshi as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Sri Lanka in succession of Akira Sugiyama.
