New Vice Chancellor appointed to Peradeniya University

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has appointed Professor W.M.T. Madhujith to the post of Vice Chancellor of the University of Peradeniya with effect from 1 August, President’s Media Division (PMD) said.

He was appointed in terms of Section 34(1) (a) of the Universities Act for a period of three (03) years.
