One-hour power cut for long weekend

Electricity regulator, the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka has approved daily one-hour power cuts during the long weekend.

Accordingly, one hour power cuts will be enforced from the 5 to 7 November for groups ABCDEFGHIJKLPQRSTUVW between 5.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. In addition, two-hour power cuts have been approved on Tuesday for groups ABCDEFGHIJKLPQRSTUVW.

A one hour disruption will take place during the day and one hour at night.
