Over 1,600 election-related complaints

The Election Commission says that 1,618 election-related complaints have been reported to the National Election Complaints Management Centre and District Election Complaints Management Centres since the Presidential Election was announced.

Among them were 14 incidents of violence, 1,537 cases of violation of law, and 67 other complaints.

The National Elections Complaints Management Centre has received 555 complaints while the District Elections Complaints Management Centre has received 1,063 complaints.
