PM presents National Action Plan on Human Rights to Cabinet

The Cabinet yesterday discussed the National Action Plan on Human Rights 2017-2021 prepared under guidance of the Cabinet of Ministers and presented by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe. 

The Cabinet decided that a committee of officials will be appointed to report on the progress of its implementation and an inter-minister meeting will be called up to review its progress.
