Peliyagoda Central Fish Market reopens for limited operations

The Peliyagoda Central Fish Market, which was temporarily closed due to the spread of COVID-19 and the emergence of a cluster from the location, reopened today with limited operations.

According to the Fisheries Ministry, the Peliyagoda Central Fish Market will open for limited wholesale operations due to requests made by traders. The complex will reopen on a later date for retail and wholesale operations after renovations as per guidelines provided by the Health Minister are complete.
