Sri Lanka Police yesterday announced the arrest of a group of Bangladeshi nationals from a house in Seeduwa for violating visa conditions.
The group was arrested during a raid conducted on Tuesday night by the Seeduwa Police based on a tip-off.
The Bangladeshis aged 18, 23, 26, 39, and 43 years were found to have been illegally staying in Sri Lanka with expired visas. The Seeduwa Police is conducting investigations.
