President nod to double fuel quota for three-wheelers

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has approved to double the fuel quota for three-wheelers as the first stage, the President’s Media Division (PMD) noted. In Western Province, the three-wheeler registrations will commence from 1 November, while the QR code fuelling upon the newly increased quota will come into effect from 6 November.  Other provinces are scheduled to follow in stages, according to the PMD.
