Public discourse on Anti-terror and Online Safety Bills on Monday

A discourse on the Anti-terror and Online Safety Bills under the theme “Silencing the Citizen and Stifling Dissent” will be held at 4.00 p.m. on Monday, 16 October 2023, at the Centre for Society and Religion (CSR) Auditorium, 281, Deans Road, Colombo 10.

It will be  under the auspices of the Socialist Study Circle. The speakers will be Thishya Weragoda, Attorney-at-Law, Lakmali Hemachandra, Attorney-at-Law and Milinda Mayadunna. Lecturer in Sociology. The discourse is open to the public.
