Rishad Bathiudeen responds to brother’s arrest

Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen yesterday denied that he, his brother, or any member of his family were linked to terror activities.

The former Minister responded to his brother’s arrest via a video message on social media, stating that he nor his family were involved in any terrorist activities, and denied the allegations against his brother.

Bathiudeen also added that he will take legal action against his brother’s arrest by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
