SLAF establishes COVID-19 vaccination centre at BIA

A COVID-19 vaccination centre was established at the Bandaranaike International Airport by the Air Force (SLAF) yesterday.

The vaccination centre will operate around the clock to administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to all Sri Lankan expatriates. “A competent SLAF medical crew has been attached to shoulder this task and Sri Lankans who are arriving back would be facilitated to get vaccinated any of first, second or booster doses according to individual discretion at the Arrival Terminal,” the SLAF said in a statement issued yesterday.
