SLMC MP Moulana backs President

Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) Batticaloa District MP Ali Zahir Moulana yesterday pledged his support to President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Moulana, who met with the President at the Presidential Operations Office, confirmed his backing for Wickremesinghe in the upcoming Presidential Election.

Moulana has been active in politics since 1988 and was first elected to Parliament in 1994.
