Sacred Relics from Taxila, Pakistan, exhibited

The most Sacred Relics of Lord Buddha, brought from Pakistan, will be exhibited in several places around the country. The Relics will be taken to Galle (5 May at Sumanaramaya, Kumbalwela), Matara (6 and 7 May at Gatabaruwa Raja Maha Vihara), Kurunegala (8 May at Diyakalamulla Pirivena, Kuliyapitiya), Anuradhapura (9 and 10 May at Sri Sarananda Maha Pirivena) and Kandy (11 May at Balagolla Buddhist Centre, and 12 May at Ambanwela Raja Maha Vihara) for public exposition. Afterwards, the Relics will be brought back to Colombo on 13 May for a three-day exhibition at Gangarama Viharasthanaya till 16 May
