Salley asks political appointees to resign

Western Province Governor Azath Salley has called for the resignation of the political appointees attached to the various authorities of the Western Provincial Council since the tenure of Western Provincial Council ended on 20 April. 

There are some 37 such appointees in places such as Waste Management Authority, Tourist Board, Provincial Road Development Authority, Industrial Development Authority, Information Technology Resource Development Institution, Western Province Aesthetic Resort and Agro Service Authority.
