Senior journalist and editorial consultant at the Sunday Island Peter Clifford Hieler passed away

yesterday after a brief illness.
He was the beloved husband of the late Bernie Hieler, precious father of Mario Hieler, and father-in-law of Merina Kushlani Perera.
His remains lie at the residence 10B/73/L, National Housing Scheme, Raddolugama. Cortege leaves residence on 12 September, Thursday, at 3 p.m. for the Raddolugama Roman Catholic Cemetery.
