Sri Lanka Tamil Women’s Union honours 4 women today

The Sri Lanka Tamil Women’s Union (SLTWU) will be honouring four ladies who have distinguished themselves in their careers at a reception ‘Celebrating Women’ in the Ruby Room of Colombo Hilton today at 9.30 a.m. 

They are Antonia Joseph, Anushya Coomaraswamy, Vidyani Hettigoda and Farzana Jameel. 

The Chief Guest is Northern Province Governor Jeevan Thiagarajah. The guest speaker will be Ramola Sivasunderam. It will be followed by a panel discussion ‘Why women’.
