Three new Governors sworn in

New Governors appointed for three Provinces took their oaths before President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday, President’s Media Division said.  

Accordingly, Maithree Gunaratne was sworn in as the Governor of the Uva Province, Keerthi Tennakoon as the Governor of the Central Province and Hemal Gunasekara as the Governor of the Southern Province.

The swearing in ceremony was held at the official residence of the President.
