Ugandan woman with heroin in handbag arrested at BIA

Officials of the Sri Lanka Custom Narcotics Unit at the Bandaranaike International Airport yesterday arrested a 43-year-old Ugandan woman with 550 grams of heroin hidden in her handbag worth about Rs. 505 million. She had arrived in the country from Entebbe Airport in Uganda via Dubai. Seen here are the confiscated drugs, the handbag and phone of the woman
