Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe laid the foundation stone to the new Town Hall in Jaffna yesterday. Megapolis and Western Region Development Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka, Jaffna Mayor Arnold Emmanuel, State Minister of Education Wijekala Maheshwaran, TNA MPs M.A. Sumanthiran, Mawai Senathirajah and S.
