Zero COVID-19 deaths confirmed

Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 death toll remains unchanged with health officials stating that zero COVID-19 deaths occurred on Sunday.

A total of 16,496 COVID-19 fatalities have been confirmed to date. Of this, 76.28% are from the over-60 age group, 22.41% are from the 30 to 59 age group, and 1.32% are from the under-30 age group.

A total of 9,309 COVID-19 deaths confirmed are male and 7,187 are female.
