A new building with all modern facilities constructed by the Past Pupils’ Association of Al Hikma College, Colombo 12 will be declared open at 9 a.m. on Sunday 16 March.
This grand occasion will be presided over by the Principal of the College and the President of the PPA K.M.M. Naalir and Hameedias CEO Fouzul Hameed, Amja Travels Proprietor H.M. Amjadeen, Bookers Reception Hall Proprietor M. Uwais, Jisthy Fawmy and many other distinguished guests will grace the occasion.
The PPA of the College has sponsored for the first stage of this modern building and have spend over Rs. 10 million towards this project and the building would be named as the PPA Building.
All modern equipment and furniture for the new classrooms will be handed over on Sunday and the inauguration of the second stage of the construction also would commence.
This new building has become a reality through the untiring efforts taken by the College PPA in their efforts to serve the Colombo Muslim community in general and to uplift Al Hikma College.
